Warner Norcross & Judd Releases its 11th Diversity and Inclusion Annual Report

DAR2016-pg-1-graphic-thumbnail_1For the past 11 years, Warner Norcross & Judd has reported annually about its efforts to become a more diverse and inclusive organization.  The 2016 Report has just been issued and is available on the firm’s website, along with past reports, by clicking here.  The Report includes a letter from the firm’s Managing Partner, Doug Dozeman, and profiles that highlight Warner Norcross female attorneys who are leaders across the state and other individuals who have unique stories of why they joined the firm.  In addition, the Report includes articles about the firm’s Martin Luther King, Jr. , Essay Contest for students in the Grand Rapids Public Schools, the firm’s 2016 One Book, One Firm program that discussed the immigrant experience, and the firm’s unique collaboration with the Grand Rapids Civic Theatre to bring to the stage productions that focus on issues related to diversity and inclusion.

Warner Norcross & Judd Publishes its 10th Annual Diversity and Inclusion Annual Report

CaptureWarner Norcross & Judd has published its 2015 Diversity and Inclusion Annual Report.  The report, which the firm has been issuing for 10 years, highlights the firm’s efforts to become a more diverse and inclusive organization.  The 2015 report tells stories of mentorship in professional development, which the firm recognizes is
a key for all associates to succeed.  The report also features articles on the firm’s One Book, One Firm program, its Diversity Book Club, and the inclusive leadership workshop the firm conducted for in 2015.

Warner Norcross & Judd Issues Ninth Diversity and Inclusion Annual Report

WNJ-DIAR-2014-web-photoWarner Norcross & Judd has issued its ninth annual report on diversity and inclusion at the firm. The 2014 Diversity and Inclusion Annual Report describes the firm’s initiatives  to become a more diverse and inclusive organization. The report begins with a letter from the firm’s Managing Partner, Doug Wagner, who discusses the progress the firm has made in the past year, as well as some of the setbacks the firm has encountered.  The report also includes profiles of some of the firm diverse professionals who have taken leadership roles in the firm, an article about the firm’s LSAT scholarship program, and an article about the firm’s efforts to reduce the potential for unconscious bias in associate evaluations.  To see a copy of the report, click here.  Copies of the firm’s previous annual reports may be found on the firm’s website by clicking here.

 

Warner Norcross Issues 8th Annual Diversity and Inclusion Report

Warner Norcross & Judd has issued its eighth annual report regarding the firm’s initiatives to become a more diverse and inclusive organization. The 2013 Diversity and Inclusion Annual Report includes a letter from Managing Partner Doug Wagner in which he reviews the firm’s progress. Warner Norcross & Judd Issues Its 7th Diversity & Inclusion Annual Report

WNJ_2012_DIARWarner Norcross & Judd has issued its 7th Diversity and Inclusion Annual Report.  Preparing the annual report gives us a chance to pause  to reflect on our efforts to promote diversity and inclusion within the firm, the legal profession and the communities where we live and work.  It is an important way we communicate our commitment to, and progress toward, becoming a more inclusive organization.  The 2012 report features stories as wide-ranging as the people and the programs they highlight.  From the welcome letter of Managing Partner Doug Wagner to the profile of Southfield partner Mary Jo Larson and her group’s café conversations on race to firm volunteers reading to students in the Grand Rapids Public Schools, this year’s report offers a look at the way we engage professionally as well as personally.  To read the Annual report click here.

Grand Rapids Legal News Interviews WNJ Diversity Partner
